Clinical focus: mood disorders, including persistent low mood and anxiety presentations. Treatment follows an initial assessment and formulation, using evidence-based protocols matched to the presentation.

Trained and practised at B.J. Medical College, the Hospital for Mental Health, and the Gujarat Institute of Psychology.

Clinical focus: mental health care and de-addiction, including relapse-prevention work with patients and their families. Treatment is individualised from a formulation and reviewed against agreed goals.

Trauma-informed practice

Assessment and treatment are paced to the patient’s window of tolerance, consent is sought before difficult material is explored, and the patient’s control over the session is preserved throughout. It is a clinical standard, not a style.
