The short version, in plain words.

• This website does not use cookies for tracking and shows no advertising.
• If you send us a message through the form or WhatsApp, we use it only to reply to you.
• What you share in therapy is confidential, within the limits every clinician in India works under. We explain those limits in your first session.
• Payments are taken through Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.

Cancellation and refunds

• Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your session. The fee is refunded in full or moved to the new time.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are not refunded.
• The same rule applies to online and in-person sessions.
