New patients begin with an initial consultation. Existing patients can book follow-up sessions directly.

New patients
Begin with a 60-minute initial consultation (₹1,500): a structured assessment ending in an agreed treatment plan. If you would like to ask about suitability first, a 15-minute enquiry call is available at no charge.

Existing patients
Choose your clinician, the format and a free time. Only open slots are shown, so a time cannot be booked twice.

- Choose online or in person
- Pick a free slot
- Pay by UPI or card; the slot is yours once payment is confirmed
- A confirmation arrives with a reschedule link
- A reminder comes before the session
Sessions are prepaid. Same fee for both psychologists, online or in person.
Cancellation and refunds
- Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your session. The fee is refunded in full or moved to the new time.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are not refunded.
- The same rule applies to online and in-person sessions.
